Annual fee
The annual fee this year is $475, due September 30, 2025. After September 30, 2025 the fee is $500. Send an e-transfer to ddooldtimershockey@gmail.com and include your name in the message, or pay your captain directly. Payment is not processed on this website.
Please email your initialed and signed consent form to ddooldtimershockey@gmail.com, or give a printed copy to your captain by September 4, 2025.
